Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on phlov3. Creating multiple Accounts with the same identity documents, mobile number, financial account, or device is strictly prohibited. phlov3 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as part of a multi-account arrangement may be closed and their balances forfeited without prior notice.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false registration information — including misrepresentation of age or identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination.
Before real-money deposits and withdrawals are enabled, Players must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include PhilSys ID, DFA Passport, LTO Driver's License, SSS/GSIS UMID, COMELEC Voter's ID, and PRC ID. phlov3 processes KYC submissions within 24–48 hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC are restricted to browsing only.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username, password, and OTP codes. phlov3 will never ask for your password or OTP through any channel. Players must notify phlov3 immediately upon suspecting unauthorised access to their Account. phlov3 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.
An Account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. phlov3 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ₱50 per month to inactive Account balances following written notice to the Player's registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twelve months may be closed without further notice.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting phlov3 support via live chat. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any pending security reviews.
phlov3 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account, with or without prior notice, where phlov3 reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity; (c) potential money laundering; (d) unresolved KYC documentation issues; or (e) a request or order from PAGCOR or any competent authority. During suspension, all pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
All transactions on phlov3 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phlov3 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their bank or payment provider are borne solely by the Player and are not phlov3's responsibility.
phlov3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and USDT cryptocurrency. phlov3 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. phlov3 does not charge deposit fees; however, individual payment providers may impose their own charges. Players may set voluntary deposit limits within their Account Dashboard at any time.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same legal name as the Player's verified KYC identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phlov3 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified Accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. phlov3 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
phlov3 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws and PAGCOR AML directives. phlov3 may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal transactions. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. phlov3 reserves the right to freeze Account balances pending AML investigation.
All games available on phlov3 are sourced from independently audited game providers, including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Players are solely responsible for verifying the details of all bets before confirmation. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or connection interruption during gameplay, phlov3 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from system logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, phlov3 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be honoured.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. phlov3 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who attempt to circumvent bet limits through multiple simultaneous sessions or related accounts are subject to Account suspension.
The result recorded by phlov3's system shall be the official result for settlement purposes. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the system record, the system record shall prevail. Players who dispute game results must submit a formal dispute to phlov3 support within 72 hours of the relevant game round.
All bonuses and promotions offered by phlov3 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that offer.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn as Real Funds. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
phlov3 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse is identified, including: claiming the same promotion multiple times, creating multiple accounts to receive bonuses, using betting patterns that constitute guaranteed-return exploitation, or providing false information during a promotion. Suspected bonus abuse may result in Account suspension.
phlov3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has partially fulfilled its requirements, phlov3 will make reasonable efforts to honour the proportionate value. phlov3 is under no obligation to offer any specific promotion to any particular Player.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlov3 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances:

phlov3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on phlov3.club at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of phlov3 Services after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must request Account closure before the effective date.
phlov3 may terminate any Account and suspend access to Services with immediate effect where a Player has materially breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by PAGCOR or a competent legal authority. Upon termination for cause, phlov3 reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation and may forfeit balances where the investigation establishes a material breach.
Upon Account closure — whether by Player request or phlov3 action — all licence rights granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with phlov3 Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact phlov3 support to seek informal resolution. phlov3 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of formal written notification. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Where a dispute relates to a PAGCOR-regulated matter — including game fairness, licensing, or regulatory compliance — PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes shall apply in parallel with or in priority over these Terms.
