phlov3 collects registration information (name, mobile, email), identity documents for KYC, payment and transaction data, gameplay activity logs, device and browser data, and communication history with support. We collect only what is necessary for account management, regulatory compliance, and service delivery.
Your data is used to verify your identity under PAGCOR requirements, process deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Pesos, deliver and improve phlov3 services, detect fraud and money laundering, communicate account updates, and fulfil legal and regulatory obligations. phlov3 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision.
